Ian Chambers, Founder
With over 25 years leading high-growth businesses, Ian has scaled global brands, shaped strategy and guided companies through IPOs and venture-backed growth.
He has built and led teams at Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, IGN, GAME and Moshi, navigating the challenges of leadership first-hand. Now, he helps others do the same.
Ian is also a performing magician and Member of the Magic Circle.
Allan McGregor, Leadership and Team Development Specialist
Allan has been focusing on senior-level coaching and leadership/management development for over 30 years. He enjoys helping individuals and teams to develop their own leadership skills…. and the teams they lead.
In his corporate and consultancy career to-date, he has worked in most countries in Europe as well as the US, Canada, India and most parts of Africa and the Middle East.
His early career was spent in manufacturing, sales & HR management roles in a number of FMCG organisations. Away from work, Allan is a qualified football referee and trustee of a cycle refurbishment charity.
Jodie Coles, Operations and Events Manager
Jodie began her career in marketing before specialising as an executive assistant for senior executives of major public corporations, with a particular focus on multi-lingual postings (French and Italian).
Jodie ensures the smooth running of events for our clients, as well as managing the operational activities of the business. Away from Unshuffled, Jodie is a cake designer through her website, Jodie Coles Cakes, making celebration cakes for corporate and private clients. Sometimes Unshuffled clients are lucky enough to sample some of her creations!
